Testimonials

On 10/29/2026 Kathy Hogue had this to say:
Justin was our contact at New Edge he was easy to work with kept us informed every step of the way. We had an insurance claim for hail damage on our roof gutters soffit ect New Edge went the extra mile to make sure our insurance company understood all the damages caused by the hail storm and were so helpful with the whole claim process and it was long. The storm happened in August the claim didn’t get approved until May the next year. Justin and his boss were fantastic we couldn’t be happier with the outcome of our new roof. We would definitely recommend Justin at New Edge Improvement company.

On 10/27/2026 KM Vanna had this to say:
Every thing went smoothly with our claim! Project Manager Tim Kiely was AWESOME!! He handled everything with our insurance claim. I didn't have to do a thing! Project Manager Tim is the best! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!!

On 10/27/2026 John Calvin had this to say:
Absolutely amazing company. Terrific experience in navigating the March 10 storm damage, and the insurance claims process after. Rudy Bruges went far above what we had the right to expect. I think his partner's name was James. They were great and every promise given was quickly a promise fulfilled. Kudos to everyone.

On 10/26/2026 Jacob Rauen had this to say:
We had a great experience with New Edge Improvement Co. replacing our roof and gutters! Our Project Manager, Tim Kiely, was extremely professional, communicative, and prompt throughout the entire process. He kept us informed every step of the way and was a pleasure to work with. The finished roof and gutters look great, and we’re very happy with the results. Highly recommend New Edge and Tim!

On 10/23/2026 Matt S had this to say:
We had a fantastic experience working with Justin on our roof and gutter replacement following recent storm damage. From start to finish, Justin was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful, especially when it came to navigating the insurance process. His communication and attention to detail made the entire experience seamless. We were so impressed with Justin’s service that we’re already working with him on another project to replace the windows in our sunroom. It’s rare to find someone who combines quality work with such great customer service. We’ve already recommended Justin to several friends and neighbors here in Western Springs and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again. Highly recommend!
